The trailer for Star Trek was released a little while ago. It doesn’t feature anything with Diora (not surprising as it’s a small role). But thought fans would be interested to see it. In the film releasing on May 8, 2009, Diora plays The Green Girl.

Wow! Miss Diora Baird was the #1 searched for person/place/thing today on Yahoo!, congrats to her! It’s great to see people taking such interest in Miss Baird.

About the jokester: Twenty-five-year-old Diora Baird won our hearts when she dusted off a classic George Carlin bit about getting on a plane versus getting in a plane (punch-line spoiler: less wind). She sounded like Christopher Walken impersonating Carlin, but we laughed anyway. “Everyone’s always surprised that I’m funny,” she admits. “They say it with a question mark: ‘You’re funny?’” This month, Baird is funny as a woman on a terrible first date in My Best Friend’s Girl, and next year she’ll be funny-looking in J.J. Abrams’s Star Trek. She plays the Green Girl, an alien temptress from the original series. Chances of her tempting Spock? Slim. “I think Spock’s gay. But I’m not supposed to be outing Spock in Esquire.”

The “safe for work” edition screencaps of Diora as Tuesday Hot Tamale have been added in the gallery. Diora looked gorgeous in this role and I really liked her character as well.

The gallery has been updated with more than 600 screencaps from arguably Diora’s most known role as Bailey in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. This update includes the film and also a ton of features! I don’t know about you, but this is the movie that made me a fan! Big thanks to Alyssa once more for this great donation.
